Alanna Hurt
Office Manager
Alanna M. Hurt is currently the Office Manager for EPCOG, where she manages the office and records in an organized and efficient manner. She began shortly after relocating from Lubbock, TX for her partner’s new position as an attorney with the District Attorney’s Office of Clovis. Alanna is currently enrolled online at Western Texas College with a focus in communication and accounting.
Before starting at EPCOG, Alanna worked for Oak View Group at Texas Tech University. Starting as a part time suite attendant, she quickly ascended the ranks before becoming the department head as the Premium Services Manager. Alanna oversaw premium hospitality for a variety of events ranging from City of Lubbock’s luncheons, concerts, commencements, and team meals/box-suite services. She took great pride in her work and the role it served in providing an elevated environment for the philanthropist supporting the rapid growth and success of the university.
Alanna has previously worked as a homeschool teacher/tutor for special needs children, as well as a consultant for Highschool Speech & Debate programs. She has judged for the Texas Forensics Association, University Interscholastic League, and National Speech & Debate Association. She still serves as an active judge in the Tall Cotton District area. Alanna volunteers at her hometown high school as a practice judge for competing students.
When she isn’t working, Alanna enjoys attending her kid’s soccer games. You can find her painting, fishing, and camping made better by and sharing that time with her family, friends, and pets. She is excited to be serving her new community and hopes to meet you soon!
